If you received a defective item.
We cannot accept returns due to defective material or workmanship caused by the manufacturer, please contact the manufacturer first.
If you received a damaged/lost package
A claim will be filed for the damaged/lost package. We will file a claim with the package carrier (UPS) . These claims can take upwards of 30 days. Contact us by sending us an email at email@example.com
If the consumer would like a second shipment to be made, they will be charged for the replacement order and be credited for the lost order upon resolution of the lost package.

Once you place an order it takes about 5-7 days before it will arrive. At this time we are only using UPS. You can have it shipped ground or 3 days.
