Damaged Goods Policy:

If you received a  defective item.
 
 We cannot accept returns due to defective material or workmanship caused by the manufacturer, please contact the manufacturer first.

If you received a damaged/lost package

A claim will be filed for the damaged/lost package.  We will file a claim with the package carrier (UPS) .  These claims can take upwards of 30 days.  Contact  us  by sending us an email at info@huntinggamesupplies.com

If the consumer would like a second shipment to be made, they will be charged for the replacement order and be credited for the lost order upon resolution of the lost package.

Shipping:

Once you place an order it takes about 5-7 days before it will arrive. At this time we are only using UPS. You can have it shipped ground or 3 days.

There will be a shipping charge of $14.00
